Product Usage
Hair Forum Ltd is a natural skin care specialist who supplies cosmetic products. None of the products we sell are suitable for digestion and are sold solely for cosmetic use. We cannot take responsibility for products bought from us which are used in any other way, please see the liability and disclaimer section below. If products have been bought in error, they will be subject to our usual returns procedure, please see the returns and damaged goods policy and procedure below.
Product Availability
We endeavour to only display products on this website which are in stock unless otherwise stated. However, all products and services are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled within our usual despatch time you will be contacted. It may (but very seldom does) happen that a product is discontinued after you have ordered it, in this case, you will be given a full refund.
Payment
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, except for American Express. Or by using Klarna.
Prices, Quotes and Bulk Orders
We endeavour to ensure accurate pricing in both our price list and on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice and our website has the most up-to-date prices. Prices are quoted in UK Sterling (£) both with and without VAT.
Whilst we do not impose minimum order quantities, ordering items in bulk can result in substantial savings. Should you require a bulk order quote, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will happily provide you with a quote and availability. For bulk orders, any price commitment is made on the placement of your order.

Returns and damaged items Policy and procedure
It is our aim to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or redress any errors that we have made in connection with an order.
Please carefully check your goods and report any shortages, damages, or problems within 7 days of receiving your order. All requests should be sent to us in the first instance using Info@hair-forum.co.uk stating your order number
Please note that opened products cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty after testing.
We operate in accordance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015 which says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you're entitled to the following:
Up to 14 days: if your goods are faulty you can get a refund.
Up to 30 days: if your goods can't be repaired or replaced then you're entitled to refund in most cases.
ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE AND DELIVERY NOTES MARKED AS GOODS RECEIVED AS DAMAGED.

Postage cost is paid by you the customer
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing it with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) but any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received providing they are unopened and unused. If they are unopened and unused or you cancel your order before we send out your parcel, we will be happy to refund your full payment, excluding return postage costs (if applicable). This is in addition to your statutory rights. If there are any claims, errors, or discrepancies, these must be reported as soon as possible, and within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Lost Goods
In the unlikely event that your product is lost in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at info@hair-forum.co.uk In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 7 days after despatch before contacting us.
Items missing in your parcel: If any item is short-delivered and has been charged for, Hair Forum Ltd will cover the cost of postage in resending the goods as soon as is possible.
Returned Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us through no fault of our own, we may charge you a redelivery cost. Please ensure that you give us correct delivery information when ordering.
